Aikido training is good for health and also develops self-esteem naturally for daily life. We always train in a collaborative atmosphere, (Advanced group; sometimes train in a Semi-collaborative atmosphere, always with the teacher’s permission).

Principles

Aikido is founded by Morihei Ueshiba with origins in weapons. Weapon principles include real-time attack and projection. Internal body building means a lot of exercise and results over time to changes in the body’s internal structures and increased understanding of how we can use the body more efficiently.
