How we train?

Aikido training is good for health and also develops self-esteem naturally for daily life. We always train in a collaborative atmosphere, (Advanced group; sometimes train in a Semi-collaborative atmosphere, always with the teacher’s permission).

Principles

Aikido is founded by Morihei Ueshiba with origins in weapons. Weapon principles include real-time attack and projection. Internal body building means a lot of exercise and results over time to changes in the body’s internal structures and increased understanding of how we can use the body more efficiently. Here, Aikido techniques are used mainly but as a more “practical situation adapted” also elements from other martial arts. This is for people who want to learn “classic self-defense.
